The Preservationists
The preservation era of the exhibit focuses on keeping a record of tradition interlaced with change to make it unique. All three artists are Two Spirit, which is seen as a third gender with
both masculine and feminine traits and roles. As such, all integrate masculine
and feminine techniques which inadvertently act as a new thing steeped in the
previous traditions.
